PRODUCT FEATURES

COMPACT LARGE BORE DESIGN - The large ID provides maximum flow back at high rates with minimal pressure drop, while keeping sand from accumulating. With an overall length of 10.52" the HULK has a small footprint in the well bore.

MATERIAL BENEFITS - The HULK is machined from cast iron, which allows it to stay in the well as long as desired, and also giving it the strength to catch up to 300,000 lbs.

EASE of REMOVAL - The HULK can be easily removed through traditional milling operations, or by a combo of both milling and a packer plucker.

MULTIPLE SETTING METHODS - The HULK can be set via wireline or on tubing using a hydraulic setting tool giving the operator the versatility to complete the job given well conditions and operations.

Dissolva-Perf

Dissolvable materials are emerging in oil & gas as a solution to many issues. New advancements in dissolvable technologies are proving as reliable and repeatable options.

Dissolva-Perf Subs are an effective, low-cost solution to toe initiations – single point or cluster, multi-stage coiled tubing cup frac operations, full wellbore stimulations. The specifications are custom manufactured to meet wellbore conditions, variable dissolve time, operating temperatures of >300F, up to 15K differential pressure rating, any number of holes, spacing, entry, hole size, phasing, etc. The benefits are 100% effective, no mechanical failures, the guaranteed number of entry holes, pressure test to MACP before opening.

Potential Cost Savings - eliminate toe valves operations, eliminate toe preps, low-cost alternative to mechanical toe sleeves, no initial coiled tubing run or pump-down when used as a first stage cluster. Launch Toe Sleeve

PRODUCT FEATURES

ATMOSPHERIC CHAMBER PISTON - The LAUNCH TOE SLEEVE has a balanced atmospheric chamber that keeps the sleeve piston closed until actuation pressure is reached.

ADJUSTABLE ACTUATION PRESSURE - Adjustable rupture disks allow the operator the flexibility in testing casing before opening while preventing premature actuation during install and pressure testing.

SHEAR-LOCK RING - The shear-lock ring allows for an accurate shear value when the sleeve is actuated, eliminates shear screws, and locks the piston in place after opening.

CONCENTRIC BORE - The LAUNCH TOE SLEEVE keeps a concentric ID, removing flow restrictions, and allowing for standard wiper plugs to pass through.

LARGE FLOW AREA - The LAUNCH TOE SLEEVE offers one of the largest flow areas on the market. This allows for greater connectivity to the formation during pump-down or first stage frac.

The LAUNCH TOE SLEEVE is a cemented, pressure-activated initiation sleeve that allows the operator the ability to test casing before initiating formation communication for pump-down or frac operations. 

Paladian Isolation Pump Catcher

BUILT IN PUMP-OUT PLUG - The PALADIN has a built-in adjustable shear pump-out plug allowing for wellbore isolation. Available in both aluminum and dissolvable material.

MATERIAL BENEFITS - The PALADIN is machined from cast iron, which allows it to stay in the well as long as desired, and also giving it the strength to catch up to 300,000 lbs.

INTERNAL SEAL BORE - The PALADIN has a built in seal bore, which allows for a seal assembly to be run and landed after pumping out the plug. This gives the operator flexibility during the flowback stage.

The paladin isolation pump catcher, based off of the original hulk pump catcher, gives the operator the ability to isolate the well bore before running in with ESP equipment while protecting the lateral from potential fishing jobs. 

King Frac Plug

King Frac Plug is used as a temporary barrier to separate stages in horizontal wells during fracturing operations. The King Frac Plug is designed to reach wellbore depth quickly, seal properly, anchor in place, and mill easily. The King can be run with the ball in place or the ball can be dropped from the surface on-site, without any conversion kit necessary.
